THE TRUTH IS

I went down to about 9stone.9 from 10stone.3 when I first started ‘thinspo’ and dieting and all of that..

I left the blogging for abit.

Now I’m back to 10.1, nearly 10.2.

I need all the help I can get because I’ve put on so much weight over the christmas holidays, simply because of family meals, going out, I’ve met a guy who takes me out for food and chocolates and sweet they’re everywhere!

I have stretch marks, fat arms, fat thighs, cellulite, fat belly! It’s digusting.

I need to get down, further than 9stone.9

today’s food intake;

Breakfast: 250ml of Pineapple Juice - 96calories.

Break: Can of coka cola - 139calories,
2 quality street chocolates - 88calories.

Lunch: Apple - 47 calories.

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese - 450calories.
Glass of Dr.Pepper - 112

= 932 calories.

& I drunk about 5pints of water.
I also did my 1hour of exercise - dancing round the living room, jogging on the spot, 100 star jumps, squats too, so I’m sure I lost atleast half of those calories from doing all of that because I was literally dripping at the end.

I have eaten more than usual today. I’m trying to stay under 1000 calories a day, and more liquids to fill me up.

:) aw you’re at a good weight. i want to be about the same weight as you. i don’t have a favourite. i just like browsing through and looking at beautiful skinny girls, tanned girls, with long hair and slim figures! it just motivates me more to drop the pounds. my favourite weightloss tips would probably be just eat little and often! i’m talking healthy little things though, eg. apples. smoothies make me so full! i skip meals and have them, and fruit juice is good, water also makes me feel full :-) i’m tryna keep under 500calories everyday. thank you for your message, good luck with getting slimmer xx
